SunMLS Listing Process:
- Select a Listing Plan or call us direct at 1-877-642-0228.
- After you submit payment, you will be directed to the Listing Steps.
- "Open" the forms, fill them out and Email or fax to SunMLS at 1-877-642-0228 or 352-742-0871.
- Your sign and lockbox, etc. (if a part of your plan) will be shipped to you in 24-48 business hours after receipt of required listing information and photos.
- Once we have received all documents, we'll have your home listed within 48 business hours.
- Email photos in jpg format to: photos@sunmls.com
- Once your home is listed, we'll email you a copy of your listing- both MLS and Realtor.com.

If SunMLS locates a buyer for your home, or if you sell it yourself without the assistance of a “buyer’s agent,” you pay only the low upfront fee.
If a “buyer’s agent” introduces a prospect who purchases your home, you will pay that agent the commission stated in the listing agreement, upon closing.
Working together as a team, SunMLS will list your home through the applicable local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and on Realtor.com for a fixed upfront fee. We don’t just vanish at that point. We perform all of the actions expected of a “seller’s agent” and partner with you to make possible the sale of your home in a timely manner at a realistic price. We perform all of the steps that require a license, but at a deeply reduced cost.
